The Founder of True Value Buyer. Mr. Tracy D. Norris has over 30+ years experience in all aspects of the Real-Estate Market, while focused primarily in Houston TX market. During his time in the industry, Mr. Norris has facilitated the closing of over $5 Billion USD in Real Estate transactions. Mr. Norris has one goal, to make sure that you, the buyer, is fairly represented.
Demoine O’Neal has been in the finance industry for 20 years assisting clients with funding for acquisitions of all sizes, assisting clients with commercial and residential real estate purchases. As of 2017, Mr. O’Neal Real Estate Portfolio holds sales in excess of $60M. Mr. O’Neal manages day to day operations at True Value Buyer, and enjoys sharing his knowledge and expertise in financing, real estate development and investing with the team and clients alike.
Mr. O’Neal enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, sports, playing chess and reading in his free time.
Ms. Lane has 10+ years of Client Relations experience. True Value Buyer wants to ensure that our clients are taken care of, and to ensure that we brought on the best Client Relationship Manager on the real estate market.
True Value Buyer is lucky to have Ms. Susan Greer as our head of Human Resources. True Value Buyer strives to ensure that each of our clients is happy and taken care of, and the best way to do that is to ensure that our team is taken care of.
Kathleen Murray has over 15 years of experience in Account Management. We are lucky to have her on the True Value Buyer team, ensuring all client are expertly accounted for.
Shawna Jones has 10 years in I.T. Experience. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of the state of the art software that True Value Buyer uses to serve our customers.
